Privacy Policy
Cosmic OS needs a few personal details to compute a Vedic chart. This page says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how to remove it. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
What we collect
Account
Your email address, or the identifier Apple provides when you use Sign in with Apple. If you choose Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we only see the relay address.
Birth details
Your name as you enter it, date, time and place of birth, and the coordinates and time zone of that place. These are the inputs to your chart. Place search runs on our own server against a bundled city list; it is not sent to a third-party map service.
Charts and readings
The chart we compute from your birth details, your daily readings, and any relationship charts you add. For a relationship chart you enter the other person’s birth details yourself. Add them only if you have their permission.
Oracle conversations
The questions you ask the Oracle and its answers, so the conversation can continue.
Diagnostics
Crash reports and performance traces from the app and the server, which include your device model, OS version and the request that failed. We use them to fix bugs.

Anthropic processes Oracle requests under its commercial terms, which do not permit using them to train its models.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data until you delete your account. Crash reports expire within 90 days. Waitlist emails are deleted once early access opens or when you ask.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, birth details, charts, readings, relationships and Oracle conversations from our database. You can also write to [email protected] and we will do it for you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, or to object to how we process it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Cosmic OS is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
